Kinder mountain rescue team donations
As with most civilian mountain rescue teams, the Kinder Mountain Rescue Team
are all volunteers. We do not make any charge for our services, nor are we
paid. We are a registered charity. We are funded entirely by charitable
donations from the public, local organisations and companies. We receive no
regular government funding or grants.
It costs around £13,000 per year to run the team. Much of our income to cover this comes from individuals, either by making a donation or by organising a fundraising event on our behalf. Whether large or small, we are grateful for all donations that help keep the team running.

NB. GIFT AID . For any donation large, small, one-off or regular we can claim back the basic rate tax that you paid to the Inland Revenue using the gift aid scheme. This increases the value of your contribution at no cost to yourself. All you need to do is print off a copy of our Gift Aid Form, fill it in, and send it to our Treasurer. We will do the rest.
