Whilst providing safety cover and a sweep team for the Baslow Boot Bash Event, the team attended to a couple of incidents.
In the first incident a female walker collapsed shortly after completing the 26 mile course. She was treated at Baslow Village Hall and found to be suffering from heat exhaustion.
The team were called to a second incident where a female walker had become unwell during the walk. She was attended to at The Miners Arms in Eyam, where she decided she could not complete the walk. She was transported back to Baslow with her fellow walkers.
