The team were called to assist  Glossop team, following a report that a walker had broken her leg, near to the Ashop Head.  Air Ambulance had also been requested.

The team were called to assist Edale and Glossop teams following a report that two walkers were lost on Kinder plateau.

There is never a “standard callout” for a mountain rescue team, but this one was a little unusual for us.

17 – Roped in to a Buxton shout? Saturday 7th May

A joint Buxton/Edale snatch squad was called to assist EMAS recovering an injured mountain biker from the Hollins Cross area, which is part of the Great Ridge between Mam Tor and Back Tor.
