Callout 14: Monday 3rd June 2019

The team were called to assist in a search for a runner reported injured on the plateau. She had spoken to her partner and reported herself injured before communications were lost. He reported it to the police and we were then tasked to locate her. With no clue as to where she was, the full Kinder Plan was put into operation and all 4 tams activated.

However, the runner concerned had carried on unaware of this and was able to make her way almost back to Edale before she was met by a Buxton party setting out to find her. She was checked out and taken to meet her partner.
